9-10-20 STOPPED AND TALKED TO LUIS THE OWNER. NO ONE WAS SITTING IN THE RESTAURANT AT THE TIME. HE WAS NOT AWARE THE RESTRICTIONS FOR PHASE 4 WERE STILL IN PLACE AND WAS ALLOWING PEOPLE TO DINE IN. IT WAS EXPLAINED THE RESTRICTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN LIFTED AND WOULD BE IN PLACE FOR A COUPLE MORE WEEKS AT THE LEAST. IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT NO INDOOR DINING SHOULD BE OCCURRING DURING THIS TIME. HE SAID OK. I LEFT THE FACT SHEET FOR THE RESTRICTION MITIGATION REQUIREMENTS.
9-24-20 SINCE COMPLAINANT IS ANONYMOUS AND WE ARE BACK IN PHASE 4 WHERE INDOOR DINING WITH RESTRICTIONS IS ALLOWED, THE COMPLAINT IS CLOSED. |
